Why we opened

Nowhere good to just be.

You wanted somewhere to meet, work, or breathe for an hour — where the food was actually worth ordering. Most mornings, that place didn't exist.

Cramped and loud. Elbow-to-elbow tables, a blender screaming, and a barista tapping their watch before your coffee's even cool.
Nowhere to land. No outlets, spotty wifi, and a hard "no laptops" sign the moment you try to get an hour of real work done.
Food as an afterthought. Pre-packaged pastry, burnt drip, and a menu that clearly cares more about turnover than about you.

Good wifi, weekdays

Fast free wifi, outlets at every table, and a genuine welcome to stay. Mondays we're closed — the rest of the week, the laptop corner is yours.

Pastry worth the trip

Croissants laminated over three days, canelés with a proper crackle, a rotating tart. Baked here every morning — never trucked in.

No rush, ever

Nobody's hovering, nobody's clearing your plate early. Stay for one coffee or three. The table's yours until you're ready to go.

7:00 am The bake

Croissants out of the oven, the first pour-over pulled, doors open to whoever's up early. The whole room smells like butter and warm sugar.

9:00 am Brunch, unhurried

Full tables, waffles landing, friends stretching one coffee into two. Nobody's rushing you toward the door.

1:00 pm The laptop hours

The lunch rush eases and the room goes quiet-productive. Outlets, fast wifi, refills, and the good window light on your keyboard.

Weekends The back room fills

Book clubs, bridal showers, and a long standing brunch behind the plants — the private table set for ten with fresh flowers.
