Walk in nervous.
Walk out unstoppable.

Most people never join a gym because it feels like everyone's already fit and watching. At Foundry, a coach meets you at the door and hands you one clear plan — so you actually start.

The honest part

Another year
of "I'll start
Monday."

You already know you should. What's stopping you isn't laziness — it's walking into a room where you feel like the only one who doesn't belong.

  • 01
    The energy tax

Stairs, groceries, keeping up with your kids — everything costs more when your body's out of practice.

  • 02
    The quiet guilt

That gym bag by the door. The membership you pay for and never use. The promise you keep breaking to yourself.

  • 03
    Not knowing step one

Which machine? How much weight? Am I doing this wrong while everyone watches? So you do nothing instead.

We built Foundry for the person standing outside, hand on the door, thinking "maybe not today."

What changes

Six weeks in, you stop dreading it.

You don't need to love the gym. You need to keep showing up. Here's what that actually buys you.

A plan you can follow

No guessing. You walk in knowing exactly what you're doing today, written for where you are right now.

A crew that knows your name

Same faces, same time slots. By week three someone notices when you're not there — and that's what keeps you coming.

Proof in the mirror you don't have

More energy at 3pm. Jeans that fit better. Picking up your kid without your back filing a complaint.

What progress looks like

Drag the line.
Watch 12 weeks happen.

Real results aren't a magazine cover — they're stronger posture, more muscle, and standing a little taller. Grab the handle and slide.

Illustration is a sample journey, not a specific member. Everyone's timeline is their own.

Your corner

You bring the nerves. We bring the plan.

Every coach here remembers being the beginner in the back of the room, hoping nobody looked. That's exactly why we do this — as your guide, not your drill sergeant.

Marisol "Mari" Vega

Head Coach · Your Guide

"My first day I hid in the corner and left early. Now I make sure nobody feels the way I did. We start where you are — zero shame."

Deshawn Boyd

Onboarding Coach

"I'll teach you three lifts and how to breathe through them. That's day one. You'll leave knowing you can come back."

Priya Nair

Mobility & Recovery

"Sore isn't the goal — consistent is. I keep you moving well enough to show up again tomorrow, and the week after."

The whole plan

Three steps. That's the intimidating part, gone.

No app to decode, no 20-page program. Just this.

1

Start your free week

Book online or call. No card, no commitment. You get seven days to see if the room feels right — because it should.

2

Sit down with a coach

A real 30-minute conversation. Where you're at, what you want, what's held you back. You leave with one plan written for you — not a printout.

3

Show up. Watch it stick.

Same crew, same time, small wins stacking. In a month, walking through that door stops being the hard part.

On the whiteboard

A class for every "I've never done this."

Every session is scalable — coaches show you a starter version of every movement. Pick a day and see what's on.

Straight answers

The questions you're too polite to ask.

I've never lifted a weight. Is that okay?

It's the whole point. Most of our members walked in exactly there. Your first session starts with the lightest possible version of every movement — sometimes a broomstick, sometimes just body weight — and a coach standing right next to you. Nobody starts strong. Everybody starts.

Will people be watching me?

Honestly? Everyone's busy with their own workout, and we designed the floor with no vanity mirrors on purpose. There's no wall to flex in front of and no audience to perform for. It's a workshop, not a stage.

What does the free week actually include?

Seven days of full access — the gym floor, any class on the schedule, and a sit-down with a coach. No credit card, no auto-enroll, no salesperson chasing you. If it's not your place, you just don't come back. No hard feelings.

I'm really out of shape. Am I too far gone for this?

No. We coach people in their 20s and people in their 70s, people recovering from injuries and people who haven't exercised in a decade. We meet your body where it is today and build from there. The only wrong starting point is not starting.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

Never. Every membership is month to month. Cancel any time by talking to an actual human at the front desk. We'd rather earn your next month than trap you in it.

What should I bring on day one?

Comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and a water bottle. That's it. We'll handle the rest, including showing you how everything works before you touch it.

Your first day is the hardest. We'll be at the door.

Seven free days. One coach in your corner. Zero reasons left to wait for Monday.

Or just call — (559) 555-0171. A real person picks up.
